We can participate in a limited capacity or aid in the claims resolution process from beginning to the end. Most basic mechanical inspection requests can be completed within 24 hours. All information obtained during the course of an inspection is considered confidential work product and proprietary. NATIONWIDE will not share any information with any party other than the party(s) who requested the inspection without the written permission from the party who ordered the inspection. Our state-of-the-art website enables our clients to easily request an inspection or view the information obtained during the course of the inspection at their convenience. NATIONWIDE maintains an extensive information database that enables us to access and reproduce reports many years after the inspection process has been completed. Our inspectors are all trained related to the handling of evidence and our office is in a secured facility where we have a secured evidence storage facility on premises. Our equipment is housed in a hurricane proof, secured environment and our office in outfitted with specialized equipment that allows us to continue to operate on alternative power in cased where severe weather, like hurricanes, disable the electric power supply in the area and all of the offices nearby are shut down we’ll be there to handle .loss inspections even in catastrophic conditions.
